Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions supporting the USMC on Quantico MCB
Intelligence Analyst:
* Assist in the review, process, development and revision of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) – related requirements documents.
* Have knowledge of CJCSI 3170.01G and CJCSM 3170.01D and have documented experience in the conduct of Capabilities Based Assessments and the development of requirements documentation.
* Assist in the identification of USMC ISR requirements, capability shortfalls, and the identification of potential non-material shall coordinate with other CDD integration divisions, the Operating Forces, and the Supporting Establishment for response to information requirements and participation in IPT/OPT’s.
* Assist in the development of or draft JCIDS documentation and DOTMLPF change Requests (DCR) related to current or future ISR capabilities.
* Represent IID at USMC, and Joint ISR-related meetings, planning sessions, and/or conferences, as directed. Contractor shall assist in the staffing, comment to and development of recommended solution briefs for Universal Needs Statements (UNS); Urgent Universal Need Statements (UNNS): and Joint Urgent Operational Needs.
* Assist in the management of USMC Intelligence doctrine publications.
* Assist in the management of intelligence TAMCN in the Total Force Management System (TFSMS)
* Assist development efforts associated with the POM builds and POM imitative coordination.
** TOP Secret (TS) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligible and have documented practical experience or background at a level commensurate to a senior staff non-commissioned officer, commissioned officer, or equivalent civilian position in the following areas:
(1) Human Intelligence HUMINT
(2) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
(3) Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and
(4) Intelligence System
Education:
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in a related discipline or equivalent and two to four years of related experience.
Clearance: Top Secret based on SSBI (SCI preferred)
