PROVISIONER/LOGISTICS ANALYST

 Update technical training and repair maintenance manuals.
 Tracking parts list. Experience in RPSTL (repair parts and special tool list) for military vehicles.
 Computer experience: Microsoft Word, Excel.

Resources Management
• Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.
• Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
• Resolve unusual or unprecedented operational problems and interpret and clarify regulatory/statutory requirements. Incorporate sound business and engineering practices into problem resolutions.
• Update and manage equipment management functions related to repair parts, obtain and maintain visibility of equipment resources to promote economical and timely acquisition, validate need for retention, obtain optimum usage, and promote effective and efficient equipment operation and maintenance for military equipment and vehicle technical manuals.
• Provide assistance and advice in: authorization; acquisition; cataloging and accountability; utilization; maintenance; Integrated Logistics Support (support equipment, tools, supplies, parts).
• Protect and control proprietary and confidential materials.
• Apply inspection and sampling methods and techniques to survey performance and to identify actual or potential deficiencies in providing base support services relating to installation logistics.
Customer Support
• Manage subcontractor activities, reviewing proposals, developing performance specifications, and serving as liaisons between subcontractors and organizations.
• Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks and service agreements.
Instructing
• Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources.
• Direct and support the compilation and analysis of technical source data necessary for product development to consider suitability of in-use equipment, utilization, accountability, maintenance records and schedules, environmental compliance, safety of use and operational procedures.
Planning
• Direct availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of sales opportunities or, in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts on a business.
• Develop and implement technical project management tools such as plans, schedules, and responsibility and compliance matrices to manage, control, maintain and effectively utilize installation mobile and non-mobile equipment.
• Report project plans, progress, and results.
• Update technical training and repair maintenance manuals.
• Track parts lists. Support the development of training materials and technical manuals.
• Computer experience in Microsoft Office applications. Using computers and computer systems (including HW/SW) to program, write, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
• Plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities such as maintenance planning, repair analysis, and test equipment recommendations.
• Knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices relating to the logistics career fields, supply, maintenance or transportation.
• Knowledge of the organization structure of DOD, Army and supported tenant activities to fully coordinate and integrate Government logistics management programs and asset utilization.
• Skill in oral and written communications and ability to prepare written reports of findings on compliance reviews to review and/or write performance work statements; ability to employ office automation equipment and software applications.
