Professional Solutions is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions supporting the USMC on Quantico MCB
Logistics Integration Support
• Provide support to the Logistics Integration Division (LID) and draft JCIDS documents (ICD, CDD, and SPD) in the Solution Planning Directive and identified during the FSA.
• Assist with providing POR and developing programs support for POM considerations. Contractor shall work with government personnel to validate Authorized Acquisition Objective (AAO) and reconciliation with the LID SMEs.
• Review and correct General Engineering ICDs and attend IPTs.
• Review engineering publications and track through update process.
• Provide administrative support to the LID CBA coordinating and assisting with document review and comments to Logistics on related MCATS tasks.
• Attend various Logistics Forums and assist with communications and provide recommendations between LID and agencies external to the CDD such as the Marine Corps Operation Test and Evaluation Activity (MCOTEA), Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), DC I&L, Deputy Commandant Programs and Resources (DC P&R), and Logistics Command (LOGCOM).
• Conduct/provide support for the preparing JCIDS documentation including FRC CPD, P-19R CDD/CPD, MRAP All Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV) CPD Annex, MTVR Trailer CPD Annex, LVSR Trailer Annex, Integrated Architectures, and Table of Equipment analysis supporting the various Motor Transport (MT) Programs.
• Provide technical writing for the MT programs listed above and support Capability Integration Officers in IPTs, program planning, development and research for Capabilities Development Document (CDIB) briefs in support of Operation Force (OPFOR) Universal Needs Statement (UNS) and UUNS, and test planning activities for subject programs.
• Conduct/provide support for the preparing JCIDS documentation supporting the Engineer Branch. The Engineer Branch (LID) requires assistance supporting all matters related to the Marine Corps Engineering Field.
• Provide support to the Engineer Branch in preparing JCIDS documentation, which supports and complements EFDS.
• Assist development efforts associated with the POM builds, and POM initiative coordination.
• Research, develop, and coordinate, information briefs/papers on engineer related matters and issues, engineer funding issues, program planning, test planning activities. Contractor shall provide technical expertise, evaluation, and preparation of correspondence with regards to engineer and support equipment requirement documents.
• Assist in developing and evaluating new approaches for improving engineer processes and procedures.
• Assist with Integrated Architectures, and Table of Equipment analysis which supports the various Engineering Programs.
• Assist in planning actions for all engineer advocates, HQMC, Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Marine Corps Forces (MARFOR) Headquarters, and other Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies.
• Conduct/provide support for the preparing JCIDS documentation supporting the Expeditionary Maintenance Capability ICD.
• Provide programmatic and technical analytical support for the conduct of a holistic CBA. Contractor shall provide major deliverable milestones to include a Concept of Operations (CONOPS), an FAA, and an FNA condensed into a Joint Capabilities Document (JCD).
• Conduct an analysis of critical gaps through an FSA based on the JCD and the client recommendations. The results will then be captured in an ICD.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in a related discipline or equivalent and 7+ years of related experience.
