Summary
The employee will provide overall management of this contract to include full P&L responsibilities. He/she will provide overall process for achievement of business objectives. He/she will also provide hiring authority for contract. Moderate travel will be involved with this position.

1. Accountable for the profit and loss (P&L) of the program.
2. Primary business relationship manager between the customer and company.
3. Management and successful fulfillment of technical requirements and contract deliverables.
4. Management of overall program business processes and achievement of business objectives.
5. Achievement of quality assurance and performance objectives.
6. Management of subcontractor and vendor agreements and performance.
7. Ensuring appropriate staffing to support current and projected workload and appropriate workforce skills and certifications to support customer requirements.
8. Proactively provide thought leadership and recommendations to the customer in support of their goals and objectives.
9. Ensure compliance with customer and company policies, procedures and standards.
10. Other duties as assigned
Supervision
There will be overall supervisory responsibilities with this position.
Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License
Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from an accredited college/university.
· 5 - 10 years of progressive experience and responsibility managing complete IT infrastructure systems engineering, integration, operations and maintenance programs of $100M + in the federal civilian agency and/or DoD environment.
Desirable Qualifications
· Experience managing highly distributed IT field operations
· Current knowledge of DHS ICE IT infrastructure, policies and standards.
Master’s Degree in a Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology field.
Computer Skills
· Microsoft Office
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
· Top Secret to start with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
· PMI, PMP, or PgMP certification is required.
· ITIL v3 Foundations certification is required.
· ITIL v3 Service Operations Intermediate certification is a plus.
