Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., is seeking candidates willing to accept *contingent offer as Program Manager supporting the US Army’s MANPRINT (Manpower and Personnel Integration), Research and Analysis Branch. MANPRINT’s mission is to establish policies and procedures to ensure the soldier is the focus when developing weapon systems to include Human Systems Integration in the System Acquisition Process and to exercise primary staff responsibilities for the Soldier-Oriented Research and Development in Personnel, Performance and Training.

The Program Manager shall have experience in Public Affairs or Acquisition supporting a US Army program. Prior US Army experience a plus. The successful candidate will also have Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management, Level II or Level III.


Program Manager shall possess the following requirements:

• Outstanding writing and briefing skills with an ability to create newsletters and publications
• Possess requisite interpersonal skills and an aptitude for working as a team
• Ability to oversee planning, execution, integration and oversight of all activities
• Assist in planning, preparing, and conducting acquisition meetings, especially a two-day Joint Human Systems Integration Working Group at the Pentagon
• Advanced skills in Microsoft and PowerPoint
• Comfortable interacting with media and helping set strategic media goals
• Support communication flow between different key stakeholders
• An understanding of acquisition planning


Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Education and/or experience requirements may be decreased or waived if candidate has an extraordinary educational background or uniquely applicable experience or specialized knowledge.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years experience required
• US Army experience preferred

Security Requirements:
• Must hold a current U.S. Government security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
