This is a Production Analyst I position.
This position will support the CTASC Site at Redstone Arsenal.
The core duties include:
• Loading data into production databases
• Monitoring production processes
• Resolving exception reports
• Creating production documentation
• Preparing production reports in accordance with established Production policy and procedures
• Analyze production scripts to identify process failure points, and make minor script changes
• Monitor batch flow
• Monitor customer connectivity (SARSS1 and Users)
• Correct Routing errors
• Process YEB and DHRECON files
• Perform scheduled system backups and recoveries
• Provide customer assistance
Technologies involved:
• Unix
• FTP
• Informix/Oracle
DoD IAT Level II will need to be obtained within 6 months of employment (Level II requirement includes Security+ equivalent certification.) Failure to obtain this certification will result in termination of employment.
This is a Team ITSS position with Computing Technologies.
The candidate must have 2 years Production Analyst experience, OR 1 year Production Analyst experience and an Associates Degree in a Technical Discipline or related field.
